Shipping and Returns Policy

Thank you for your order with Richland Farm & Market.  Currently, the only e-commerce items we sell and ship are jellies and jams.  All other products including frozen fruits, fresh produce, eggs, flowers, plants and bulbs must be picked up at the farm or delivered through CSA arrangements. 

Limited items, including our full range of jellies and jams, select frozen fruits, mayhaw seedlings and pumpkins and gourds are available for pick up at Union County Conservation District, 612 N. Flenniken Ave., El Dorado, AR 71730. Sales are payable to UCCD and cannot be paid for through our website.

When you place your jelly or jam order on our website, you will receive an order confirmation email.  When we are shipping your order, you will receive an additional shipping notification with tracking details. Please check your spam/junk folders for this email if necessary. Tracking details may take a day or two to update in the shipping provider’s system. 

We ship with UPS and USPS. We will work diligently to fill your order in 2-3 business days from the date of order.

Do you want to skip shipment costs and pick up your sweet spreads at the farm?  Place your order online, and at checkout choose “local pickup” to remove your shipping charges. Then call or email us to let us know when you’ll swing by to pick up your order.  Jellies and jams may also be delivered through CSA Membership with a $10/order minimum. Delivery is limited to El Dorado, AR and Parkers Chapel.

All sales on our website are final.  We cannot accept returns or exchanges.  Refunds may be extended for damaged products. If you’re unhappy, please let us know through our contact page and we’ll do what we can to accommodate you!
