A rich, distinctive, wild-flavored jelly, this selection will conjure up memories of picking brambles alongside the road. The large juicy berries from which this jelly is made are the “Ouachita” variety developed by the University of Arkansas. It is a thornless selection named after the native Indians who inhabited our part of the state and most likely roamed the hills of this farm.
