Our Plum Jelly is a throwback to my husband’s upbringing.  During his Mississippi childhood, he once gathered a #3 washtub of wild plums for his mother to personally make him jelly.  She did, but warned him never to do it again! Richland Creek’s red plum jelly is from a red-meated plum that makes the most flavorful ruby-red topping you ever saw.  It’s truly worthy of a hot buttered biscuit!
